Detailed programme
The workshop will be led by Farid, a nature and crafts lover. He is a talented and recognized artist in Lower Kabylia, where he will teach you woodcarving, using original techniques to create eco-friendly, cultural and artistic works. You will create an object of your choice, such as houses, toys, artistic figurines, statues... The possibilities are numerous.
The rest of the day:
Farid will give you introductory lessons to musical instruments of all categories. String, wind and percussion instruments (such as the darbouka, the bendir, the karkabous, the riqq, the mandole...).
Excursions to the surroundings, hikes and bivouacs are also planned in the forest of Akfadou, to visit the black lake, where the lighthouse is located on the highest natural site in the world!

This program is available all year round.
Location
The workshop takes place in the city of Sidi Aïch, in Lower Kabylia.
Duration
From 5 to 7 days.
Accommodation
The craftsman offers accommodation in his guest house, in the district of the Mission, in Sidi Aïch, located 15 minutes walk from his workshop.
