Detailed programme
Aliore offers you two culinary programs to discover Berber gastronomy. You'll learn to cook traditional Berber dishes, bake bread and make Argan oil. Before starting any workshop, you'll be invited to dress in traditional Berber clothing to immerse yourself in Berber culture. You can take part in different workshops spread over one or three days.

Location
The programme takes place in Sidi Kaouki, 20 km from Essaouira in Morocco, a small Berber village of fishermen and shepherds, surrounded by argan forests, on the edge of a large beach overlooking the ocean. The Sidi Kaouki - Essaouira region is known as one of the best in North Africa, and is a well-known favorite with surfers.
