Detailed programme
As a volunteer, your role is fundamental to the shelter. The shelter has been created a few years ago and lives on sponsorships, donations and volunteers who work to look after stray and abandoned dogs.
Your tasks will include preparing food for the dogs, cleaning the facilities, walking and brushing the dogs and puppies. They require a lot of love and time!
You'll work 5 days a week, and get to explore the surrounding area on hiking trips! Other volunteers will work by your side so you'll get to practice English and share your culture!

Location
Thessaloniki, Greece.
Close to the village of Souroti. It is a 15-minute drive from the shelter to the Thessaloniki airport.
Duration
3 weeks, 1 month or 2 months.
Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years olf
- Having a B1 level of English
- Had experiences with dogs (living/lived with one or getting a certificate).
Accommodation
You will be accommodated in a shared room and provided with 3 meals a day, every day of the week.
Each room has a fan.
The bathroom is shared. Good WIFI access.
Tariff
490,00 €
For 3 weeks.
- 590€ for 1 month.
- 790€ for 2 months.
