    Detailed programme


    Through this cooking programme, you will learn traditional food and typical Greek dishes, such as tzatziki, moussaka and spanakopita, spinach pie ! And you’ll travel home with recipes that you tried during the courses.

    You will participate in a 3 or 5 cooking course in which you will learn typical dishes, accompanied by Stella, while drinking some freshwater or a glass of wine, and then tasting the meals! You’ll get home with the recipes !
    Every dish and ingredients are seasonal, local and fresh !

    Your teacher : 
    Stella is a gastronomic specialist ! She cares about preserving Greek cooking and pursuing this tradition internationally !
    Her goal is to create an immersive culinary experience between foreigners and locals.

    In a group or individually, you will learn to cook 4 dishes : 2 starters, one main dish and a dessert, with wine or soft drinks ! A course lasts 4 hours.

    Here is a quick resume about all the dishes that you can learn to cook : Tzatziki, garlic sauce, zucchini balls, tomato balls, saganaki cheese, roast lamb or pork with potatoes in lemonade, meatballs infused with Ouzo and peppermint, pasta with octopus, Baklava, rizogalo, loukoumades, galaktoboureko... And more !

    All meals are seasonal.

    Location

    The restaurant is surrounded by many beaches with a clear view of the Aegean Sea, on Paros Island, Stella owns it.  

    Courses are organized in Stella’s restaurant, along with the catering. Cooking classes are in English, with Stella !

    3 to 5 days !

    The workshop begins at 11AM and finishes at 3PM, followed by the tasting of the prepared dishes !

    Accommodation

    In addition to the cooking course, rooms, studios or suites are proposed in a 3 stars residential complex run by Stella and her family ! The residence has 17 rooms/studios, each of them unique, with direct access to the pool and restaurant where the workshop will take place.


    For a 3-day stay for 2 persons, the double standard room is 441 euros.

    For a 5-day stay for 2 persons, the double standard room is 735 euros.

    Prices vary depending on the time of year and the number of people.

    For children between 6 and 12, the 3-day workshop costs 330 euros ; and 520 euros for the 5-day workshop.
