    The eco-village is a small family camp committed to respecting the environment and providing you with an authentic Mongolian experience. You'll take part in a variety of Mongolian activities to discover and immerse yourself in Mongolian culture, while practicing your English.

    Five-day program 

    • Day 1: Welcome/arrival, introduction to yurt accommodation, lunch, afternoon horseback riding, dinner.
    • Day 2: Breakfast, cooking class (buuz - Mongolian dumplings), lunch, horseback ride through the valley to the river for a swim, dinner, sauna.
    • Day 3: Breakfast, archery demonstration and trial at your own pace or hike in the mountains, lunch, horseback ride in the mountains, dinner.
    • Day 4: Breakfast, cooking class (Mongolian fried pastry), lunch, horseback ride to visit a Mongolian nomad family and taste horse milk, dinner.
    • Day 5: Breakfast, milking of mares or yaks (optional and depending on the season), lunch, horseback ride to round up the yaks in the valley, dinner, sauna.


    Optional additional itineraries (at extra cost):

    • Days 6 and 7: You can repeat the activities or take a driving tour of Terelj National Park to visit the park's landmarks and the statue and monastery of Chinggis Khan. There's a supplement of als32162315 per person for the whole day, which includes a traditional lunch in a restaurant.

    Location

    The eco-village is located just 40 km from Ulan Bator, in a protected area. The village is a haven of peace amid magnificent mountains and valleys.

    The cultural tour lasts five days.

    However, you can choose to extend your stay to a full week to discover other traditional activities (as per the sample itinerary above).

    Accommodation

    You'll sleep in a traditional Mongolian yurt (called a Gers). The yurt is a mobile home in the form of a round tent covered with durable, waterproof felt fabric. You'll taste traditional Mongolian dishes and be fed three times a day.
